This is where you, the winery user, can ask, post, discuss, relate, propound, pontificate and just plain talk about the compliance-related issues the REthink Compliance website is designed to address. Whether it's the interpretation of a new regulation governing direct wine shipments, questions about how to use the site, or concerns that a feature on the site isn't working properly...this is the place to talk about it.

This forum is designed to allow users to talk and learn from each other. Wineries are the users with their feet on the ground, dealing with compliance daily, and can rightly be called the experts in handling winery compliance issues. The forum is divided into topics addressing the key areas of concern when questions arise about direct wine shipping compliance. As moderator, I will announce changes to the site and new direct shipping rules and legal decisions in the forum most appropriate to the subject. I encourage all users of the site to participate in the forum to create a community of professionals where every participant can find the answers they seek.

Good evening. I found this Message Board as I was scouring through the website. I hope it takes off as it could be a very useful information gathering section...and not just a gathering section..but also a section of learning the complications, frustrations of the plethora of red tape surrounding Compliance and reporting.

Hi Stephen, it was a pleasure to meet you yesterday. My plan is to make it a place to provide information on changes to the law, new forms and court decisions impacting direct shipment. I also want users to share information between themselves, since the wineries are one's on the front lines, so to speak. I'm hoping users find it useful.
